Your rights and REsponsibilites as domain registrant

You have rights as a registrant of a domain name. You also have responsibilities. You can find out about these HERE

What happens if my domain Expires?

Traffic will stop flowing to your website and you will stop receiving emails, your domain however will be held for 8 days prior to deletion. If you renew your domain during this period, your services will return to normal.

SUbmitting a Support Ticket?

You can submit a support ticket in two ways, via email to support@safehosting.com.au or through the support section of your portal. We monitor tickets during business hours and will in most case respond within 4 hours.

What happens when my domain is due for renewal?

You will receive a notification 30 days, 7 days and 2 days prior to the actual expiration date of your domain. If you have Auto Renew activated on your account, the domain will automatically renew for the default period when it is 20 days from expiry.

What happens when my domain is deleted?

At the conclusion of the 8 day grace period, unless there is extenuating circumstances the domain and all records will be deleted. Once this has occurred the domain will be deleted and will need to be registered again
